 My blog was deleted, or hacked, not sure yet, but I'm going to start anew at http://xanga.com/breatharians  so that's a new address for you to put in you Favorites ;-) It will be up and runing within few weeks, in English only ;-). But smaller version...

 Breatharians are people who never eat! If you believe that much of the popular wisdom regarding nutrition is false, if you believe in ritual fasting to purify, if you believe that food can be worse than any drug, welcome! It's a religion of fatsers ;)This list is about Breatharian lifestyle, living entirely on prana (ether, bio-energy, life-force, prana, chi, etc.), other topics include: yoga, meditaions, Goddess enrgy, pro ana, pro  mia, thinspiration, starvation, diet, weight loss.

I haven;t eaten since August 2005, I live on water, air and sunlight alone, I can teach you, too!! :)

When you really think of the results of a physical food based diet you quickly see how it effects our lives on a daily basis. Just think about the time people spend because they choose the practice of eating physical food.

Just look at the time food takes from our lives. Answer these questions:

* How much time do you spend working to pay for the food you eat?
* How much time do you spend buying this food at the grocery store?
* How much time do you spend preparing it?
* How much time do you spend in a day eating food?
* How much time do you spend cleaning up after your meals?
* How much time do you spend getting rid of this food in the bathroom?
* How much time do you spend exercising to try and counteract the effects of food?
* How much extra time do you spend sleeping because of the stress food puts on your body?
* How much lost productivity do you have in a day because of the tiring effect food has on your body?

Add the above together and you will quickly see the real cost of a diet based on physical food!

And remember:

You can eat if you want to; that's your prerogative I used to play that game I know what it's like But I'm just not interested in it any more... I'm not interested in going out, and working for the money to buy the food, then shopping for it, then going home and preparing it, then eating it, then washing the dishes, then just letting it all out in the toilet and in the end, you end up in a box, in the ground, on the outside of town. Meanwhile, we can't figure out why we don't feel that good, or why we don't have enough energy (another reason many people mistakenly eat more), or why we don't look that good... and we spend billions of dollars annually on ways to lose weight. In the Bible, even Jesus reminds us that 'Food goes into the belly, and is cast out into the sewer' (Matthew 15:17)

This path is for those who really want to diverge into the mind of ANA and MIA and perhaps make discoveries or learn knew things ;-)
